Property enquiries

When you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, property location, the support you need and your message. A telephone number is optional. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond to you, discuss your property and manage the resulting business correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

How enquiries are handled

Form submissions are stored in our website’s enquiry system and sent to our business inbox. Website hosting and email services process this information as part of operating those systems. We use a hidden anti-spam field and Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the enquiry form. Turnstile checks browser and device information to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Cookies and other websites

The website and form may use necessary browser storage for their operation. WordPress also uses cookies for signed-in users. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and how the website is used. Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics”. You can decline it or withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Analytics cookies (including _ga) help distinguish visits; our configuration sets a 180-day cookie lifetime. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser for 180 days. Google processes analytics information, including page and device information, under its privacy policy. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. Analytics is disabled on the local development website and for signed-in WordPress users. Links to other sites, including Rouge Digital, take you to websites with their own privacy information.
